Luna is an AI-powered voice assistant application that provides voice and text-based interaction, device control capabilities, and productivity features. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

Luna offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe or your Apple account. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Luna for any illegal purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the service, or use it to harass or harm others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Luna are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

Luna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Luna after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
